La crisis múltiple y compleja de la actualidad mundial.

La ponencia trata sobre la crisis actual que es múltiple y compleja, muy grave y está afectando los procesos económicos, sociales, culturales y políticos. La crisis actual tiene 10 componentes claves; algunos de los principales son: la concentración de la riqueza en un porcentaje muy pequeño de la población; el dominio económico y político de grandes grupos financieros; la mundialización económica genera contradicciones peligrosas; la pandemia ha generado trastornos muy importantes en todo el mundo; hay migraciones muy altas; hay una deuda privada y gubernamental de dimensiones enormes; el cambio de clima nos está afectando seriamente; las viejas ideologías del poder ya no son creíbles para la mayoría de la gente; el consumo de drogas ha llegado a niveles no conocidos en la historia, y con él, carteles muy violentos. La ponencia tiene tres partes; como preámbulo se hace una presentación de lo que son los sistemas complejos adaptativos. En la primera parte se sintetizan los componentes de la crisis y se analizan sus relaciones complejas. En la segunda parte, se estudian las repercusiones que la crisis múltiple puede tener en el ser humano, la sociedad y la cultura y el poder. En la tercera parte se estudian las organizaciones como componente de la estructura social y las posibles repercusiones como efecto de la crisis luego, el entramado social de las organizaciones y sus trastornos por las crisis, luego las repercusiones de esta crisis múltiple en la sociedad y en la cultura, posteriormente luego la crisis de la estructura social y finalmente la relación múltiple y compleja entre la crisis sistémica, la crisis de los procesos sociales y la crisis de la estructura social que se interrelacionan todas ellas y que ubican al ser humano atrapado en el centro de las mismas.

Intraregional trade and deindustrialization in the NAFTA-USMCA area, 1994-2023

The objective of the research is to examine intraregional trade in the NAFTA-USMCA area, bilateral trade between member countries along with their commercial relationship with China and discern the industrialization process. To auscultate intraregional trade, the Intraregional Trade Index and the Trade Concentration Index were used; to analyze the intensity of bilateral trade, the Export and Import Intensity Index was considered; finally, to discern the industrialization process, the manufacturing coefficient and the deindustrialization coefficient were considered. The T-MEC has partially achieved to revive intraregional trade along with its intensity; the heart of bilateral exchanges is made up of both Mexico and Canada with those of the USA, while exchanges between Mexico and Canada continue to be marginal. The deindustrialization coefficients of the three economies during the NAFTA-USMCA era have increased.

Sistemas tributarios y valor de la firma con modelo de simulación

In the valuation of risky securities, the relationship between required return and risk is essential. The risk of not diversifying impacts the value of the firm, so its analysis must be considered when making the calculation. Considering different tax systems, the impact of variations in the risk of not diversifying the investment, in the value of the leveraged firm and in the weighted average cost of capital will be analyzed. In order to provide greater realism to the analysis, different scenarios of results (contingent results) will be considered. The results allow to expose the linear relationship between risk and value of the firm (CAPM model) and between required return on capital and risk.

El empleo informal, conflictos y las vicisitudes de la gestión pública: un enfoque institucionalista

El objetivo central de este trabajo es que el crecimiento de la PEA, el desempeño del PIB y la pobreza están provocando fuertes presiones en el mercado laboral. La informalidad surge por doquier. Ello no está ocasionado por el desempeño de la economía per se, sino por las inadecuadas decisiones de política. Haciendo uso de una metodología descriptiva y de exploración, fue posible hallar que los establecimientos informales se propagan y se conectan con las estructuras sociales más pobres y población vulnerable. No es factible que disminuya esta informalidad, debido a que haya solamente un comportamiento de mercado; sino tiene que intervenir el Estado y las instituciones en un contexto cada vez más complicado.

Contrucción discursiva de la transparencia y la rendición de cuentas en las Universidades Públicas en México

This article aims to understand the construction and reproduction of the discourse
of transparency and accountability in higher education, specifically in Mexican Public
Universities, using Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA) as a methodological tool. This is
qualitative research based on the assumption that this discourse not only operates as
a mechanism of administrative control of the State, but also reproduces asymmetric
power relations, restricting university autonomy and generating profound implications in
its internal dynamics. The results show that educational policies have transformed state
control, establishing a model in which the government regulates universities through
economic incentives, which shape the behavior of actors and legitimize government
actions. While this governance and control scheme has strengthened transparency and
accountability, it has also imposed an instrumental rationality focused on efficiency
and the measurement of results.
