Calls for Papers
The Editorial Board of “Denarius: Journal of Economics and Management* is opening its 2026 Call for Papers to both domestic and international researchers and scholars interested in publishing unpublished and original works in the form of scientific articles under open-access and peer-review policies, for inclusion in issues 1 and 2 of 2026.
Currently, standards of dissemination and recognition are maintained through the indexing process in major scientific journal catalogs, such as Redalyc , the Ibero-American Network for Innovation and Scientific Knowledge (REDIB), the Latin American Network of Social Science Journals ( LatinRev-FLACSO), and the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ), which adhere to The Statement on Research Assessment ( DORA), in addition to being part of the University of Barcelona’s Matrix of Information for the Analysis of Journals (MIAR).
Denarius is a biannual, ongoing publication edited by the UAM-Iztapalapa Unit, Division of Social Sciences and Humanities, Department of Economics. It is published with the aim of disseminating high-quality, timely, unpublished articles that offer original perspectives—whether theoretical and/or empirical—relevant to the analysis of economic and commercial issues in Mexico and the world, under the following categories.

Topics:
- Economics: Economic growth and development, economic theory and its application, econometrics, finance, financial markets, and sectoral economics.

Submitted manuscripts must comply with the provisions set forth in the journal’s section policies and online submission guidelines, which can be found at the following link: https://denarius.izt.uam.mx/index.php/denarius/politica_editorial. Additionally, all manuscripts must adhere to the guidelines established for their preparation and submission, using the templates provided for article preparation.
Our continuous publication process allows manuscripts to be published as soon as the article has passed all stages of the review process.
